These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of SmashScore products (the "Products") by EURL NGP (SIREN 911 197 366), represented by Nichita Godagarean, to any consumer (the "Customer").
Three products are offered:
Each product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code).
Prices are in euros incl. VAT. Shipping is billed according to the zone selected at payment (free in mainland France for orders above €50). The Premium app subscription (voice announcements, advanced stats, match history) is €2.99/month and is independent of the physical product purchase. Prices may be modified at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect when the order is placed.
Orders are placed via the smashscore.fr site. Payment is secured by Stripe. The order is confirmed by email once payment is received.
Shipping is scheduled for summer 2026. Lead times are indicative. Shipping is included in mainland France. For overseas territories and international destinations, additional shipping fees apply and will be displayed before order validation.
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@smashscore.fr. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product, in new condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.
The Premium subscription (voice announcements, advanced stats and match history) is a monthly auto-renewing subscription priced at €2.99/month. It is managed via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The Customer may cancel at any time from their store account settings.
The Product benefits from the legal conformity warranty (articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the latent-defect warranty (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). In case of defect, contact us at contact@smashscore.fr.
EURL NGP cannot be held liable for damage arising from misuse of the Product. The bracelets are IP67 certified but are not designed for prolonged immersion.

In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to a consumer mediator. These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
