Data we collect

We only collect the following data:

Pre-order form: first name and email address
Stripe order: name, email, shipping address, payment data (handled directly by Stripe — we have no access to it)

Purpose of processing

Order processing and tracking
Communication regarding product delivery
Customer support

We do no profiling, no targeted advertising, and never resell your data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contract execution (orders) and consent (pre-orders).

Retention period

Pre-order data: deleted after delivery or upon request
Order data: kept for 5 years (accounting obligation)

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies to measure traffic and improve our service. No measurement happens without your explicit consent: by default GA4 starts in Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage:'denied' and only enables collection after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the cookie_consent cookie from your browser preferences. Collected data (pageviews, session duration, country) is anonymised and stored at Google for 14 months.

Cookies set after consent: _ga, _ga_* (duration 14 months, anonymous statistical identifier).

Data sharing

Your data is shared only with:

MVPS.net — site hosting

No other third party has access to your data.
